I am writing to thank you for a job well done!
We have very recently had wardrobes fitted to two bedrooms, and the downstairs cloakroom refurbished. I cannot praise your team high enough for their professionalism from start to finish.
Our first visit to your showroom in Leeds was a pleasure: the Receptionists were on hand to help but not 'pushy' at all. Your surveyor/designer, Trevor, came out to measure up and designed our rooms giving us valuable advice. His visit was followed by Joe Lomax who made some useful suggestions to alleviate any decorating problems for the future, and he in fact, oversaw the whole project. The wardrobes were fit by Kevin Woolford in two days! I have never seen anyone work so consistently from start to finish, to complete the work. Finally, the downstairs cloakroom was undertaken by Mark Hargrave, who put the whole room together to such a high standard. He worked on through an awful head cold in order to complete the room in time for us. All your staff were very pleasant and courteous, checking our needs throughout the process. They were professional and didn't hesitate to clean-up after each days work, leaving us very little to do - except enjoy the results of their work.
You will be able to tell that my husband and I are really, really pleased with our three 'new' rooms. For value and, more importantly, a job well finished - right to the end - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Company.

Just a special word of thanks to you all for your great team effort in delivering a superb bathroom upgrade. Doreen and I are really pleased with the outcome and will have no future doubts about recommending Norwoods’ to any of our circle of friends. I am sure that we will continue to enjoy your work during the years ahead.
We know but can only imagine the amount of hard work, time and effort that Andy, Glyn, Ian and Michael have put in to produce such a result and transformation outcome to our bathroom area and home.
The whole experience of Norwood’s from the very outset of our own entering through your show room doors at both Kirkstall and Brighouse has been an extremely enjoyable one commencing with your friendly and hospitable Sales support staff and directly as a result of their own time, knowledge, expertise and patience whilst talking matters / detail fully through.
We acknowledge the disruption and intrusion into our home has been minimal for such a considerable piece of work.

It was therefor a pleasure to deal with a professional company like yourselves. From my initial enquiry at Sainsbury's, White Rose, an appointment was made at our home with your excellent designer Julie Hine. We then placed an order. Your equally excellent surveyor, Joe Lomax then visited us, he ensured the work was done on schedule an to our total satisfaction.
Your contractors did a first class job with no mess! After having an unsatisfactory recent episode of work conducted I must state, "Norwood Interiors" are a breath of fresh air!

We would particularly like to mention the efforts of Mr Bob Lowther. Only two of the twelve kitchen units fitted straight from the box, but with his patience and skill he worked out a way to make them fit perfectly.
